The Double Room Durnholz (approx. 17–20 m²) welcomes you with the natural charm of the Sarntal and cosy furnishings in real wood. It takes its name from idyllic Durnholz with its deep-blue lake, whose calm and clarity are mirrored in the room's relaxed atmosphere.

From the sunny balcony you enjoy a direct view of the surrounding mountains, while the living area offers modern comfort with a wooden floor, satellite TV, safe and desk. The bathroom is functionally equipped with a shower, toilet and hairdryer.

Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation up to 31 days before arrival, no additional cancellation charges apply.
In the event of cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival, a charge of 40% of the total booked amount applies.
In the event of cancellation between 14 and 8 days before arrival, a charge of 60% of the total booked amount applies.
In the event of cancellation within 7 days before arrival, a charge of 70% of the total booked amount applies.

In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, a cancellation charge of 70% applies to the booked days not taken up. Upon booking, a deposit of 30% is to be paid by bank transfer, which in the event of cancellation is retained in full by the accommodation provider.
