Hiking holiday in the Sarntal Valley – the mountains right outside the door

The personally managed 3-star Almhotel Bergerhof is located in Unterreinswald in the Sarntal Valley, South Tyrol, and is an ideal starting point for your hiking holiday in the Sarntal Alps.

Several hiking trails and cycling routes begin directly in the area surrounding the hotel. Other starting points can easily be reached by bus or car, including the valley station of the Reinswald hiking area, which is around three kilometres away.

Whether you prefer a leisurely walk, a scenic mountain-pasture hike or a challenging summit tour, we will be happy to recommend a route suited to your fitness level, the season and the current weather conditions.

After an active day, you can relax in the wellness area or in the warm outdoor hot tub. The metres of elevation you have covered may, of course, be used as justification for dessert.
