The Double Room Scharte offers a cosy retreat under the roof on approx. 20 m². Its name is a tribute to the striking Sarner Scharte, the proud local mountain of Sarnthein, which as one of the most impressive landmarks shapes the valley's panorama.

This attic room does without a balcony but, thanks to the sloping ceilings and the warm wooden floor, creates an especially snug atmosphere. The amenities include a comfortable double bed, satellite TV, an in-room safe and a desk. The bathroom is functionally equipped with a shower, toilet and hairdryer.

Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation up to 31 days before arrival, no additional cancellation charges apply.
In the event of cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival, a charge of 40% of the total booked amount applies.
In the event of cancellation between 14 and 8 days before arrival, a charge of 60% of the total booked amount applies.
In the event of cancellation within 7 days before arrival, a charge of 70% of the total booked amount applies.

In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, a cancellation charge of 70% applies to the booked days not taken up. Upon booking, a deposit of 30% is to be paid by bank transfer, which in the event of cancellation is retained in full by the accommodation provider.
